The sky that will surprise you
Staying at night on the Teide until the stars come out is something you have to experience, the sky is very unpolluted and the stars are incredible, it is important to go up warm and with good provisions so as not to go hungry.
Before you travel
*Breakfast at La Laguna in Makika, cheap, healthy and very good. The best thing would be to buy some food to spend the day in Anaga. The mountain is very humid and the temperature usually varies a lot, it is important to take a coat
*On the Teide there are not many options for eating so the ideal would be to prepare a picnic to eat upstairs and have provisions for the night
