Dear Tropicfeel Community,

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, and to ensure we act in the least harmful way possible, we have temporarily closed our operations to help further prevent the spread of coronavirus, additionally, many couriers are unable to provide delivery at this moment in time. As a result of this, we are currently unable to accept any exchanges and returns, or offer any refunds at this moment in time.

We aim to begin accepting these again in around 15 days time (31st March 2020) however this may be longer, due to potential unforseen delays and government restrictions as a result of coronavirus. We hope everyone and their families are staying safe and well in these uncertain times. Its important to stay positive, and together through the collaboration of community we will overcome this! We are working together to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, and we will be back to normality soon.
