These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.tropicfeel.com (hereinafter, the Website) owned by THE TROPICFEEL, S.L. (hereinafter, Tropicfeel), with C.I.F. B66961095 and registered office at Carrer de Bruc 71, fourth penthouse, 08209, Barcelona, as well as the services and products offered by Tropicfeel on its website.

Tropicfeel provides this Web site subject to these terms and conditions. Visit the Web site or using the services or the Web site applications of the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

For the access to the Web site the registration of the Users will not be required. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by Tropicfeel, the User's registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.

  1. Price, payment method and discount codes

The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.

  1. Information about Tropicfeel products and services

The data included in the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind, have a merely informative function. Therefore, Tropicfeel declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all the measures at its disposal to correct as soon as possible the aforementioned errors or omissions after having been informed of them.

  1. Returns and right of withdrawal

In the case that the user is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the user, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.



However, the User shall be responsible for the direct cost of return to Tropicfeel, whether it returns the order in full or decides to return only some of the products of the order.

The return must be made through the Returns platform.

Tropicfeel will indicate the way of sending the order to its offices or warehouses.

Tropicfeel is not responsible for the courier company that the User contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, Tropicfeel recommends the User to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the offices / stores of Tropicfeel, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered correctly to Tropicfeel.



The costs of the return of the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.



The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that Tropicfeel may refuse the return.

Once Tropicfeel receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Tropicfeel will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the User.

If the User decides to return the order in full, Tropicfeel will return to the User all the amounts it has paid (including the shipping costs of the purchase, not the return).



Tropicfeel will propose, instead of the return of the money, the possibility of sending a new product or the amount paid in promotional code for future purchases.

If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, Tropicfeel will not be able to return the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.



Tropicfeel informs Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User had used when buying the product:

If the User has made the payment by credit or debit card, Tropicfeel will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days since the User decided to terminate the contract.


- If the User has made the payment through PAYPAL, Tropicfeel will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours since the User decided to terminate the contract.

In any case, Tropicfeel will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has informed of its decision to withdraw from the contract.

  1. Product Change Policy



In the event that the User would like a change of the product received, there will be 7 days from receipt of the order to formalize the return. 

The User shall be responsible for the direct cost of return to Tropicfeel, whether it returns the order in full or decides to return only some of the products of the order.

In the event that due to lack of stock, another product with the same characteristics can not be shipped, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the sending of another model that The User voluntarily chooses.



The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in the next 5-7 business days from the date that Tropicfeel will confirm to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model. The shipment of the new model, will not suppose any additional expense for the user.

  1. Warranty

Tropicfeel products are covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. It is understood that the products are in accordance with the contract provided if: (i) they fit to the description made by Tropicfeel and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses to which the products are ordinarily destined. products of the same type and (iii) present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected.

In this sense, if any of the products does not comply with the foregoing, you should contact our customer service department, through any of the means of communication provided on this website.

 The legal guarantee covers defects that are presumed to exist at the time of delivery and that manifest themselves within a period of two years. However, any breakdown that occurs within 6 months will be presumed to exist at the time of delivery. Tropicfeel undertakes to repair, or replace the defective product.

 After 6 months, Tropicfeel will ask you to prove that the quality defect existed when the product was delivered. For Tropicfeel to accept that in fact ehre is a quality defect, the customer must prove that, (i) the product does not match the product description, (ii) it has different characteristics than the model advertised or shown to the customer, (iii) not fit for purpose, (iv) not showing normal quality and performance for products of the same type, and (v) not manufactured properly.

 This guarantee will only be valid if the customer sends the proof of purchase (indicating the date of purchase, the model and the name of the distributor) together with the defective product during the period covered by the guarantee. Tropicfeel reserves the right to not provide free warranty service if the above documents are not shipped or if the information is incomplete or illegible. If the defective product is returned within the warranty period, Tropicfeel undertakes to repair or replace it with additional cost. This warranty does not cover shipping costs.

 8.1. Limitation of warranty

This warranty does not cover any of the following situations:

  1. a) Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
  2. b) Malfunction or damage caused by unsuitable use or carelessness (knocks, crushing, denting, breaking of the glass, etc.) or accidents.
  3. c) Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear.
  4. d) Consumable material (components that are expected to require periodic changes during the product's life).
9. No warranty Crowdfunding (Kickstarter or Indiegogo)

    Supporting a campaign on Kickstarter or Indiegogo and getting a reward is a different process than buying a product. Kickstarter and Indiegogo are not stores. When you support a project, you are helping to create something new, not asking for something that already exists.

    Crowdfunding products do not include a guarantee, unless explicitly specified in the campaign. This is clear from the terms and conditions and is generally not expected from a crowdfunding element.
